4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once EQUALICE GmbH confirms the order.
5. Prices and Payment
The prices applicable are those displayed on the website at the time of order. Payment is made exclusively via the available payment methods.
6. Liability
EQUALICE GmbH's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.
